We began with the construction of Proctor & Gamble in the seventies, continued on to pave the streets of Cape Girardeau and have assisted with the development of many private subdivisions and businesses in our area.

Claude A. “Nip” Kelley, founder of the formerly known Kelley Transportation Company Inc., started this business over 50 years ago based on the core values of teamwork, integrity and an unapologetic commitment to quality. Although the company’s name has changed, as has its ability to address new conditions and demands with modern solutions, the core values that drive every project and service remain the same.
